Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Walkable account. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund on a subscription to any service operated by Writable Site LLC d/b/a Walkable Software, including EarlyRoad, OpenSkyRoad, and StrongOakRoad.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription to our Services; it does not apply to subsequent renewal payments or to separate purchases of add-ons or additional seats beyond the original plan.
This 14-day guarantee also covers the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with equivalent cooling-off rules.
Renewal Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you are charged a renewal fee you did not intend to pay:
- If you request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not used the Services since the renewal, we will generally issue a full refund.
- After 7 days, or if the Services have been actively used since the renewal, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion.
You can avoid unwanted renewals by cancelling your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@wkbl.dev from the email address associated with your account and include:
- The name of the service (EarlyRoad, OpenSkyRoad, or StrongOakRoad);
- The approximate date of the charge;
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).
We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment processor, Paddle, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions
Refunds may be declined or reduced in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase, outside the renewal window described above;
- The account has been terminated by us for violation of our Terms and Conditions;
- There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation;
- The charge in question is the result of a chargeback or dispute already filed with your bank or card issuer (in which case the chargeback process applies instead).
Partial Refunds and Pro-Rating
Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated mid-cycle. If you cancel part-way through a billing period, you retain access until the end of that period but are not entitled to a partial refund for unused days, except where required by applicable law or as specifically described above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version took effect. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
